Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and singer. She's known for both her work in the theatre in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch background as well as being an American singer/actor best known for recurring roles on the television series That's So Raven. She appeared in 14 different projects that included TV shorts and videos. In nearly fifteen TV shows, she's created musical performances. Some of these include Shalom Sesame Divorce. This Musical & Raven. She has also appeared in a number of theater productions. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch-American actress singer and dancer. Her early musical theatre career brought her to her most infamous role, Chelsea Daniels in That's So Raven. The role has been reprised in the film Raven's home. Van der Pol also has been a professional singer and has recorded a number of songs with The Walt Disney Company. She had her Broadway debut and, in 2009, appeared Off-Broadway. The 2010 vampire spoof Vampires Suck, directed by Jason Friedberg Aaron Seltzer featured her as the main character. In 2003, van der Pol landed one of her first TV roles as the charming Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven as Raven-Symone Orlando Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels has remained one of Van der Poli's most well-known roles among teenagers and adult audiences. It was her acting skills that earned her acclaim as she played a funny and outgoing character. It at first seemed unattainable to many because of the seriousness in her other roles. The actress had a role as a guest in Kim Possible as Heather. In 2006 she was Heather on Kim Possible. This was the first time an actress sounded like a voice. The year was 2011. van der Pol played Ronnie as a guest character in Disney Channel Original Shake It Up. As for music, van der Pol has recorded numerous songs with Walt Disney Records including a collaboration with Raven-Symone, and Orlando Brown on the theme track of That's So Raven for the music score of the show. Over It is a song she recorded in the context of Stuck in Suburbs the Disney Channel Original Movie. Van der Pol is a former member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars A supergroup of Disney Channel stars. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart makes. In 2006, she covered the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) in an edition of Disneymania. While on Broadway as Belle van der Pol, she sang a variety of songs which could be heard on the music of the musical production including A Change in Me.
